The Language Institute Attends Training on Promoting and Educating About Customer Journey for Fiscal Year 2025
    On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the Language Institute, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kevin Wongleedee, Director of the Language Institute, assigned Ms. Nattaniya Wityathaworn, Head of the Language Institute Office, and Mr. Sivakorn Daduan General Administration Officer, to attend the training session on "Customer Journey" for fiscal year 2025. The training was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bandit Phangnirand, Vice President for Business Development and Fundraising. The session featured Dr. Natphat Lorpraidthpong, Senior Researcher and Consultant at the Thailand Productivity Institute and Strategic Planning Advisor at the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, as the speaker. The event focused on exchanging knowledge and insights to help departments define the stages and steps of the customer journey. The training took place on the 2nd floor of Vang Suan Sunandha Hotel, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
