The Language Institute, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), led by Associate Professor Dr. Kevin Wongleedee, Director of the Language Institute, held an office meeting to communicate university policies, particularly those related to monitoring and evaluating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) under the Operational Plan for Fiscal Year 2027.

The meeting also reviewed ongoing progress and discussed strategies to enhance the Language Institute's operations in alignment with the university's policies and strategic goals.

1. Establishing Criteria for English Language Score Equivalency
   Discussing and establishing criteria for recognizing equivalent English language proficiency test scores.
2. Preparing and Rehearsing for the International Research Presentation Program
   Reviewing preparations and organizing rehearsals for participants in the international research presentation program.
3. Reviewing and Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
   Monitoring progress and reviewing performance against established KPIs.
4. Assigning Tasks and Responsibilities to Personnel
   Distributing assignments and clarifying responsibilities to ensure effective implementation.
