Language Institute Holds Internal Meeting to Study Organizational Development through the OKRs Framework

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., Associate Professor Dr. Kevin Wongleedee, Director of the Language Institute, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, chaired a meeting with Language Institute personnel to study and prepare for the implementation of the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework as a tool for organizational management and operational development.

The meeting was organized in accordance with the University’s policy encouraging all units to explore and adopt the OKRs framework as an effective management tool for setting clear organizational objectives and measurable key results that align with the University’s strategic goals.

During the meeting, personnel of the Language Institute participated in discussions and learned about the principles and practices of OKRs through knowledge resources and recommendations provided by Professor Dr. Nopadol Rompho, a recognized expert in OKRs. The session focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of goal setting, performance measurement, and effective monitoring of organizational outcomes.

The Language Institute aims to apply the OKRs framework to its planning and operational processes in order to improve organizational performance, achieve measurable outcomes, and support the attainment of the University’s vision and strategic objectives.
