1st, 2021, Institution of

Creativity, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kevin
Wongleedee, Director of ILPC, together
with director of Samut Songkram Center,
meet with the chairman of the Samut
Sungkarm province to discuss and provide
more information about how to promote
English enhancement project for students
and employees of the municipality of
Samut Songkram province. The meeting
takes place at the municipality building
of Samut Sungkarm province.
