On February 14 and 16, 2020, Institution of Lifelong Learning Promotion and Creativity, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kevin Wongleedee, Director of ILPC.Oxford Online Placement test and training for university students at Students at Nakorn Pratom Center. The test of English is requirement for all students. The English test covers four areas of English skills: Listening, reading, gramma, and vocabs. The CEFR English test is based the high standard of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The Ministry of Education uses it as the standard measurement of English in Thailand.
