On Tuesday, 21 July 2026, at 1:00 p.m., Associate Professor Dr. Kevin Wongleedee, Director of the Language Institute, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, together with the Language Institute staff, participated in the Research Proposal Development Program for the Thailand Science, Research and Innovation Promotion Fund (Fundamental Fund: FF) for Fiscal Year 2028, held at SD Avenue Hotel, Bangkok.

During the program, Associate Professor Dr. Kevin Wongleedee presented a research proposal entitled:

“Development of a Community-Based English Communication System to Enhance Learning Resources and Ecotourism 

in Ban Saraphi and Khlong Khon Community, Samut Songkhram Province.”

The proposed research aims to shift the focus from teaching English to developing a community-based English communication system, empowering local communities to use English as a tool for enhancing learning resources, promoting ecotourism, 

and strengthening sustainable community development.

Participation in this program reflects the Language Institute's commitment to advancing research that integrates language knowledge with community, social, and grassroots economic development. It also demonstrates the Institute's dedication to creating practical innovations that generate tangible benefits and contribute to the sustainable development of the nation.
